After, you'll receive a customized checklist of items to prepare for Design Day. You’ll also get access to a Google Drive folder to upload all necessary content. Once that’s done, I’ll send you a contract, and your first payment will be due. From there, we’ll schedule your Design Day!

9 am: Content Collection
I’ll review all the content in your folder.
10 am: Kickoff Phone Call
We’ll touch base to go through any other loose thoughts and clear up anything that's still hazy.
11 am - 4 pm: Site Design
I’ll design the first draft of your website during this time.
4 pm: First Draft Review Meeting
We’ll meet on Zoom to review the first draft together. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback, and you’ll need to submit any additional notes by the end of the evening.
9 am - 11 am: Final Touches
I’ll incorporate your feedback and finish up your site.
11 am: Final Walkthrough Meeting
We’ll meet on Zoom for a final walkthrough. I’ll show you how to navigate the backend, make edits, and ensure you’re comfortable managing the site. After this meeting is over and your final payment is in, the site is all yours!
1 week later: Follow Up Phone Call
One week later, we'll have a 30-minute check-in to see how it's going and address any concerns.

You'll be invoiced for 40% of the project total after our onboarding meeting. This is a down payment and it reserves a spot for you on my calendar.
60% of the project total is due upon final delivery of the website. Once the payment is in, the keys are yours!
A Squarespace account starts at $16/month.
It’s very normal to feel like you need to get everything under the sun ready before we start—write new copy, get your branding in order, make new content, the list is endless—but don’t overthink it. We’ll go over the things that you’ll want to prioritize to get the first edition of your website up and running. Come as you are.
Simply put: Squarespace is easy to use. Someone who doesn’t know much about websites or design can walk away with a really slick website with minimal effort. It’s still beneficial to have a professional designer set up your Squarespace website for you though (here’s a great article about that). I’m trained to think about how the user will experience your website, the packaging of your messaging for maximum impact, and how to use color, typography, and imagery to punch it all up. On top of that, Squarespace’s easy to use interface will mean that when I pass you the keys you’ll be able to confidently update the site as you grow. They have loads of useful functionalities, too, like email collection, appointment booking, ecommerce, SEO, and analytics. You'll be set up for long-term growth and success.
You betcha. However, the end product that you receive is dependent on the work that you put into it as well. If you still have some messaging to finesse or content to write, then the final website that I deliver might have some placeholders for you to finish up by yourself. But I’ll set you up with a clear gameplan so that you can grab the baton and cross that finish line.
No matter what, you’ll walk away with a buttoned up website at the end of those 24 hours. But if you need additional services outside of this sprint, I’m here. Now that’s one of the best parts of choosing to build your site with me: I’ll already be familiar with your brand. Jumping into a future project together will be a breeze.
